Shipping & Delivery
We use Fastway couriers and offer a flat rate on all items within New Zealand. You will be supplied with a tracking number once your order has been processed, to track your parcel, please log onto www.fastwaycouriers.co.nz.
You should receive your order within 1-2 working days, rural locations add an extra 1-2 days. If you do require your order by a certain date, please email – email@example.com, please reference your purchase order number.
Please use a physical address and not a PO Box.
We use NZ post and offer a flat rate on all items being sent to Australia. Delivery is 2-3 working days depending on your location. You will be supplied a tracking number once you order has been processed and payment received. For all tracking, you can track your parcel at www.nzpost.co.nz/track.
Please note the only products we do not ship to Australia are Tula Canvas Carriers, Tula’s wholesale policy does not allow us to ship outside of our own country, apart from discontinued prints, Tula Exclusives and Tula Wrap Conversions.
We use NZ Post’s International Economy Courier which has a delivery target of six-eight working days depending on location, this service also requires a signature, so you will have piece of mind knowing your mail is tracked until it reaches it destination and a signature is required upon delivery.
All international deliveries require a correct local telephone number so please make sure you add this when ordering. You may have to pay any additional taxes or duties that your home country may decide to charge.
