Returns & Refunds

PLEASE chose carefully our slings are limited editions so when exchanging goods we may not have a replacement.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on this website. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Prices

If, for any reason, you would like to return the goods please don’t use, wash or remove any tags, damage or throw away the packaging. Send us an email to info@nestling.co.nz

You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs in getting the goods back to us and if you are exchanging goods, also shipping the new items back to you.

We will only offer a refund if the goods are faulty. In all other cases we’ll give you credit to use on something else we offer (excluding postage & packagaing).

All prices are subject to change. We will advise you of any price increases.

Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand

The website will add the shipping costs to your order when you go to checkout.

The parcel will make their way to you within 5 working days but they may take a little longer if you’re in a rural delivery area.

Australia

We use NZ Post’s International Air Service. You will need to pay gst, but you may have to pay duty and taxes to the Aussie government $12.50

International

All international orders are exlcusive of GST. The parcel is sent by NZ Post’s International Air Service which will take between 5 and 15 working days. $30.00

All international deliveries require a correct local telephone number so please make sure you add this when ordering. You have to pay any additional taxes or duties that your home country may decide to charge.

Our Gaurantee

We deliver products of the highest quality which should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your product or discover the item is faulty within 90 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved.
